Refund policy

To clarify, our return policy distinguishes between unused items and damaged goods:

• Unopened & Unused Items: You can return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

• Opened, Sprayed, or Tested Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, once a perfume bottle has been unsealed or tested, general returns are not accepted.

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, you are fully covered—just report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
