1. Order Processing Time

  • Handcrafted Quality: Because our perfumes are handmade in small batches, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed, carefully packaged, and prepared for dispatch.

  • Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India):

    • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

    • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • International Shipping:

    • Currently available to select regions. Delivery timelines generally range between 7 to 14 business days depending on customs and local courier services.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your package has been handed over to our shipping partner, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Plan F is not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

5. Damaged During Transit

  • We take utmost care in packaging your perfumes safely. However, if your package arrives damaged or leaking, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yourdomain.com with clear photographs of the damage so we can assist you right away.
